That’s according to a report in Shanghai Daily, citing a senior executive: Microsoft will invest about $100 million annually in the next three to five years in China to strengthen R&D. The investment will mainly be channeled into the mobile communications, Internet and digital entertainment sectors. A major portion of the funds will also be used to recruit talent.
