A trip to CES has convinced this writer that mobile TV is trundling down the runway with plans to take off. The whole category has gotten a push from the iPod Video, which will no doubt soon be connected to some sort of wireless capacity…the companies are moving across technology, for example MobiTV has plans for a WiFi service, and companies like Slingbox are porting traditional TV to mobiles. I wonder how long it will be before it’s all one service with different outlets? Maybe never, even if the technology makes it…
