Emblaze has bought a 51 percent majority stake in Israeli start-up Smart Content, which develops “advanced technology for Content-Push over wireless and IP networks to mobile devices and personal computers”. Bascially, a personalized RSS reader of sorts…
The details were not disclosed, but Emblaze said that “impact on cash from group reserves is negligible”.
