That’s according to an SEC filing, picked up by PE Week Wire. MMIM Technologies, a Chinese mobile IM and infor service provider, has raised $6 million in second round funding. Investors included BlueRun Ventures and IDG Venture Capital.
The funding was officially announced last month, here, but the figure was not disclosed in it. The total investment in the company is now $10 million. The funding will be used to accelerate the development and expansion of ‘PICA’, the service platform on which MMIM operates its multimedia IM and information services. More details here…
