Some more news coming out of CES:
— Comedy Central Shows on Mobiles: Comedy Central has signed mobile deals to bring clips of South Park and Chappelle’s Show to cellphones, the first such teeny-screen deals for its two biggest series.
— Alltel partners with Motricity: Alltel’s Axcess Web service, developed together with Motricity, will allow users to download ringtones, browse the Internet and access information much more quickly than before. The service will be available for $6 per month from Alltel.
— Motorola, Kodak to collaborate on camera phones: They have agreed to work together for the next ten years to make camera phones better and easier to use. Kodak has agreed to supply Motorola with camera hardware and software for its phones and the companies plan to share their intellectual property.
— ROKR E2 Demo: Engadget gas a video demo of the new ROKR E2 phone which is compatible with Moto iRadio etc…doesn’t have iTunes.
— TV Guide on Mobiles: TV Guide Mobile, available for the new Palm Treo 700w smartphone from Verizon Wireless running Windows Mobile 5.0. Cost: $29.99 per year. More info here…
— Zagat On Mobiles: Again, on the new Palm Treo 700w smartphone from Verizon Wireless running Windows Mobile 5.0. Offers wireless content updates, detailed street-level maps, and turn-by-turn driving directions to the user’s desired destination. Cost: $24.95 per year. More info here…
