You will be part of the team that enables hundreds of content providers to benefit from our unique technology to grow their business. You will enjoy the challenges of providing a vital enabling technology to an extremely wide range of customers. Customers range from global corporations like EMI, News Corporation and Time Warner to individuals with hobby sites. Our platform enables games, music, ringtones, news, celebrity images, TV shows, gambling, videos, chat and alerts across almost every imaginable genre of content.
– Work with channel partners to help take Bango solutions to market
– Provide content providers with a central, professional, knowledgeable point of contact for reporting issues
– Troubleshoot technical problems
– Help content providers maximise the use of Bango services to generate increase revenue
– Assist in the development of documentation related to Customer Support team processes
– Assist in the completion of miscellaneous projects assigned to the Customer Support team
– Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

You have
– Proven product support track record
– A strong customer centric approach, dedicated to customer satisfaction
– A very high capacity for work and a very keen appetite to solve problems
– An ability to build relationships with our partners with great integrity
– A passion for the risks and rewards of a small, fast growth company in a new industry sector of massive commercial importance
– Evidence of interfacing with and inspiring large customers
– A technology background that may include mobile content, software systems or consumer devices
You must have good technical skills and a strong understandig of web technologies, but comprehensive training in Bango products and relevant technologies will be provided.
Job Location
Based in USA (West Coast)
Travel to industry events, prospect sites and other Bango offices will be required
