David Levin has been the CEO of United Business Media (UBM) for less than a year, but in that short period, he has changed the face of the corporation. This former “media holding company” is now a focused technology business-to-business (B2B) media and distribution company. Even though this new position was a fairly large departure from his previous stint as CEO of mobile operating systems company Symbian, Levin has brought a similar focus, as a transformer and innovator, to UBM.
