Agencyfaqs.com: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) has introduced Wi-Fi services for people to access high speed Internet at hotspots in convenient public locations. The installation of the hotspots has begun at various cities across India.
The duration of the tariff being offered for Hot Spot Type-A services applicable to public utilities such as airports, railway stations and universities, is now extended up to March 31, 2006 from the initial period of 90 days. The service is available at both prepaid and postpaid tariffs. After the completion of the introductory offer, the minimum charges per session will be Rs 20 for prepaid and Rs 10 for postpaid.
