According to Telephia Jamdat topped the games sales chart in the third quarter of 2005, grabbing 30.6% of the revenue generated by mobile games. That’s more than three times its closest competitor… that isn’t really news, but the fact that Namco came in second is news (at least to me). I didn’t realise it was doing so well, since Namco has been wavering over mobile games this year… I guess it’s on the back of Pacman. Still, all the others in the top 5 are mobile specific companies.

Even THQ’s result is pretty good, considering that the remain 29% or so of the market is being fought over by hundreds of companies…
