Sony’s ISP/Content Arm in Japan To Raise $257 Million in IPO


Sony Communication Network, an ISP and content subsidiary of Sony Corp. is planing at IPO that will raise up to $257 million, helping it expand its fibre-optic services.

Shares of SCN, the operator of the So-net Internet access service, will be sold between 320,000 yen and 340,000 yen apiece, said the company.
