Buried in an otherwise not-not-much-new story about TimesSelect, this update on Investor’s Business Daily’s own online efforts. The paper has 50,000 subs for the Daily Digital Edition plus investors.com at $235 a year or $28.95 a month and 3,000 web-only subs at $169 annually or $19.95 monthly. Jessica Jensen, IBD SVP-marketing and business development, told the paper: “We’ve been really successful because we are in a unique niche in that we are not just a newspaper … you’re not just getting news articles but also a full suite of stock market information and ratings.” The digital edition comes with “night-before” access and a varoety of other features. The web-only version has a two-week free trial while the combo can be tried out for four weeks free.
