The Nokia 770 Internet Tablet has been enticing consumers for a few months now and a lucky few have taken delivery of their 770. Mobileburn has one and have published an outstanding hands-on review of the Nokia with tons of screen shots and photos. They discuss the good with the bad and the result is a very thorough look at the Nokia 770 and all the programs that are preinstalled on the little device. They also offer good sources for open source programs that have been recompiled for the 770 to extend the utility of the unit. The author of the review had big problems with the handwriting recognition but countered this by using a Bluetooth Keyboard which worked flawlessly for text entry. Mobileburn gives the Nokia 770 a “highly recommended” rating which seems to me about as high as you can rate something.
