Narnia Promos Via iPod: Disney sees ways of making money from iPods beyond downloads of prime-time shows. For instance, promoting upcoming must-hit “Chronicles of Narnia” with trailers and other promotional material synced to iPods via Maven Networks. First Blu-Ray Movie: Sony Pictures has authored and encoded the first full-length movie — “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle” — in the high-def Blu-ray Disc format. The 25GB disc also features full-resolution graphics and animation as well as dynamic menus.

Biographies on UMD: More than 50 music artists from Ray Charles to Ricky Martin will have their biographies debut on Universal Media Disc before they’re shown in theaters or on television. The series, called “Memoirs,” is a project from M3 Entertainment, Flamingo Features and Ironstar.
