This position will have a profound impact on the future of TheLadders at a defining moment in the evolution of the company. We are looking for a talented Search Analyst to join our expanding marketing team.
Responsibilities
–Execute cost effective paid Search Engine Marketing programs on the major search engines, including Google, Yahoo, MSN, AskJeeves and more
–Analyze performance data to develop campaign performance optimization recommendations, and work with internal team, search engines and search management tools to execute those recommendations
–Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages and positioning to increase ROI and drive volume
–Develop and manage bidding strategies for all paid search buys
–Monitor performance of paid search buys on a daily basis; manage to target metrics and monthly budgets
–Continually leverage new tools & industry best practices to ensure success
–Gather industry research, competitive landscape information and trade intelligence for SEM strategy development and optimization
–Serve as day-to-day contact for, and foster relationships with search vendors
–Work with Atlas One Point to set up and implement campaign tracking and trafficking
Requirements
–BA/BS in Marketing or Statistics field
–2-3 years of SEM Experience (paid search/online marketing)
–Must be fluent in the Search landscape, including paid search listing providers, tracking tools, bid-management systems and keyword development tools
–Ability to work independently and synthesize large amounts of data while meeting deadlines
–Strong statistical skills
–Ability to retrieve data from a SQL database using queries
–Knowledge of 3rd Party adserving, tracking and bid management tools (AtlasDMT, WebTrends, GoToast, etcâ
