Pandora Media, an online music discovery service which is getting a lot of blog-love these days, has raised $12 million in third round of funding, reports PE Week Wire (down the page).
Crosslink Ventures was joined by return backers like WaldenVC, Selby Venture Partners and Labrador Venture Partners.
Pandora launched its service about two months ago, and allows users to create their own radio/music stations based on preferences and friend recommendations…
A good review of the service is on TechCrunch here, and also this about the new version.
