Somebody needs to put Ziff Davis out of its misery…well, the print group, to be exact. For Q3, its revenues totaled $41.8 million, a 10% decrease compared to revenues of $46.2 million for Q3 2004, mainly becuase of print revenues. However, company’s online revenues increased by 23% for Q3 versus the same prior year period.
Its EBITDA decreased 77 percent to $1.5 million, from $6.5 million in Q3 2004…
In Q4, it says the company will take a “restructuring charge to better align our workforce and allow for further investment in our higher demand businesses”…that sounds like more layoffs and some print magazine closings to me.
