These aren’t my words, but an admission in RealNetworks’ 10-Q report filed earlier this weeek with SEC..it says: “International revenue increased for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2005 primarily due to the continued growth of our Games business internationally, as well as the contribution of revenue from our international RadioPass subscription service since its introduction during 2004. These increases were partially offset by a decrease in revenue related to sales of our system software to mobile and wireless infrastructure companies. International revenue decreased as a percentage of overall revenue from 24% to 23% for the quarter ended September 30, 2004 and 2005, respectively, primarily due to a decrease in revenue related to sales of our system software to mobile and wireless infrastructure companies. ”
What gives? Or should I say: are we surprised?
