inQ is working with leaders in eCommerce to increase online revenue and improve the customer experience by integrating live chat and replicating the sales process that occurs in stores. inQ’s outsourced Live Chat Sales Solutions can be deployed on websites to sell, cross sell and up sell products and services, register a visitor, reduce shopping cart abandonment or product subscription cancellation, helping exceed customer acquisition and retention metrics. inQ’s custom branded Chat Box is a natural extension of online merchandising that enhances the customer experience and provides a truly interactive and assisted sales process.
inQ is looking to expand its’ Client Services team and hire a Director reporting to the VP Client Services, the Client Services Director will handle the implementation of new clients and assist in account management of existing clients. inQ has a proven methodology that includes iteration and refinement through testing. The Client Services Director will coordinate efforts with all other business functions within the company, and work in tandem with the VP Client Services. The Client Services Director will assist in launching and refining campaigns and serving and growing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate internally & externally to implement new client campaigns including:
– Implementation of inQ’s technology on clients’ web sites
– Internal set up and update of inQ’s campaign systems
– Developing and designing creative components including sales scripts, graphics, banners and webpages
– Account management of existing clients and partners including:
– Implement, monitor and analyze test plans to drive performance resultsincluding: ???
– Ensure coordination of launches and tests with Sales Operations staff, including assisting with training of agents for custom executions and tests
– Produce and distribute regular executive level status reports for client & inQ staff on account performance, testing results, learning and follow-on actions
– Proactively analyze and communicate results
– Design, implement, monitor and analyze test plans to drive performance

Requirements:
– 7+ years business experience following BA/BS degree
– MBA a plus
– Prior experience in online marketing, project coordination and/or account management required
– Comfortable working at a very detailed level, but able to see the big picture
– eTailing/eCommerce experience a must
– Strong understanding of the Internet and eCommerce
– High level of technical aptitude
– Strong quantitative analytical and advanced Excel skills
– Strong communication skills
