Plenty of places for you to read about the five-count indictment of I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby, now the former VP chief of staff, but a couple of features have caught my eye so far:
– The link above goes to a “Probe News Tracker” at WSJ.com. Following the success of the site’s storm trackers, the free feature collects updates about breaking news with links to internal and external content. Very effective way of reminding subs and non-subs alike that WSJ.com is a breaking news site with access to a wide breadth of information.
– News alerts have been pouring into my breaking news folder all day. I’ll let the news orgs figure out who was first. The one that stood out to me was from Washingtonpost.com, which went beyond a simple text bulletin and included hyperlinks to specific coverage as well as a very low-res but vivid photo of Libby.
