National Geographic gets into mobile content

[by Mike Butcher @ MIPCOM] [MediaPost] National Geographic has set up a production unit dedicated to devising short-form video content for broadband distribution, and has struck a distribution deal with portal MSN. National Geographic joins the growing number of content producers now creating video for the Web, but it’s pretty obvious that NG must be thinking about extending this into a wireless/mobile environment where short video works extremely well.
