(mid-page) Global private equity firm The Carlyle Group has invested $10 million in ZCom, a Chinese startup focused on P2P content delivery platforms. It has the largest digital magazine delivery platform in China based on its accumulated distribution volume of more than 20 million magazines, according to the company. Currently it has more than 1.5 million registered users.
