Speculation continues: Will ads come on to big-media content for the new video iPod? For now, ABC, which is providing TV show downloads for it at $1.99 an episode, says that won’t be the case.

Jason Maltby, co-president of media buyer Mindshare said: “One could argue that if I’m a sponsor of ‘Desperate Housewives’, my commercial should be wherever ‘Desperate Housewives’ goes, whether it’s on the phone or an iPod.”
