Well, if it didn’t happen in U.S. (with Intermix), it is happening in Australia: News Corp. has raised its cash bid for Australian online property-listings site realestate.com.au to A$151 million from A$121 million, after the company’s shareholders rejected News Corp’s earlier lower offer.
Realestate.com.au advised shareholders take no action on the increased bid until they received advice from the independent directors.
