: The VP Ad Sales Position represents and opportunity for an experienced team leader to build,grow and own the overall advertising function in this fast growing online consumer-entertainment oriented company.
As a member of the senior management team of GoFish, the Vice President of Sales will be responsible for the following:
– Involvement in strategic direction and build-out of the advertising unit of the company
– Development of a strategic/tactical plan for the company’s sales efforts
– Create an effective structure and process for selling and managing client relationships
– Effectively managing a team of sales professionals
– Developing a significant base of new clients/advertisers/partners and growing relationships with them
– Creating viable sales tools, sales materials and offerings for clients
– Build significant sales revenues across specifc vehicles
– Direct involvement with selling into major partners
– Oversee implementation and account management of campaigns, provide reports to clients, manage billing and collection process, track inventory management system
