Tracy gets a resolution from Toshiba


Tracy Hooten of The Student Tablet PC blog reports that she has finally received a resolution from Toshiba over her “missing Tablet”.   It took some intervention at a very high level inside Toshiba but as she reports she’s been promised a new M200 to replace the one that’s been in for repair for a month.  Great news for Tracy but it points out once again how poor Toshiba’s support often turns out to be.  Let us know when you get that new M200, Tracy.
