On its latest $30 million round funding: The reason we went after this funding — especially considering that we already have money in the bank — is because we want to be sure that we have enough to really put some marketing muscle behind our product…We will market our products through all the traditional channels — television, print, online — to reach consumers, although we have to be very smart about how we do it.
On big media’s moves into mobile: I don’t think big media is rushing into this market, but that’s because they don’t need to. When you’re Time Warner, you can wait and figure out who wins and then buy them.
