CIOL: mFormation Software Technologies, a wireless device management software company, is planning to raise over $10 million in its final round of venture capital funding before going for an IPO. Bhasker Sharma, director-India operations, said that the company has so far, raised $35 million from Battery Ventures, Carmel Ventures, Deutsche Bank, Kingdon Capital, Intel Capital, and North Bridge Venture Partners since its inception in 1999.
