The Wireless Application Service Providers Association (Waspa) in South Africa has released a voluntary code of conduct concerning mobile pornography in a bid to avoid government regulation. Most of the code seems to be about restricting advertising for the premium SMS services, although they’re considering an opt-in or an opt-out system.
