Original plans called for Intermix Media, along with the coveted MySpace.com, to be part of News Corp.’s Fox Interactive Media by today. But Brad Greenspan’s efforts to stymie the sale put the meeting on hold soon after it convened Wednesday. Greenspan went to California Superior Court for a temporary restraining order Monday after the board rejected his last-minute proposal. The request was denied in a tentative ruling with a final opinion and order expected today. If that remains in the company’s favor, the meeting will reconvene Friday afternoon at 6 p.m. eastern. Not sure what happens if Greenspan appeals.
