Advertising Week & Terms Of Service Inifinity Style

Audio on demand of Advertising Week 2005 events seemed like a good idea given that I couldn’t be there in person. But I made the mistake of reading Infinity’s TOS — I’ve been on a TOS reading binge — which taken literally seems to forbid writing about anything I hear or even discussing it. It also forbids commercial use, which, given that the events inherently are about enhancing and promoting commercial activities, is nuts.
