Sony Pictures Mobile, an operating unit of Sony Pictures Entertainment is currently seeking a Mobile Accounts Manager:
This position will be responsible for managing key carrier and distribution accounts for mobile products and services. The selected individual will be responsible for building strategic relationship, securing marketing commitments, and coordinating product launches.
This person will be responsible for developing and managing a continual sales pipeline, and driving the business to exceed sales targets.

Sony Pictures Mobile is responsible for producing, licensing, marketing and distributing mobile media content from the world’s largest library of branded content owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment. Sony Pictures Entertainment’s global operations encompass motion picture production and distribution, television programming and syndication, home video acquisition and distribution, operation of studio facilities, development of new entertainment technologies and distribution of filmed entertainment in 67 countries worldwide
Position Responsibilities:
– Build strategic relationships with mobile operators and distributors
– Establish short and long term sales strategies for key accounts
– Provide feedback to product line in terms of content attributes and setting pricing strategies to meet sales targets to maximize the success of sales penetration
– Identify and recommend opportunity for improvement in terms of productivity and sales performance
– Coordinate with the marketing team to develop appropriate mobile promotions with key accounts
– Travel
Minimum Qualifications:
– A minimum of 4 years business development, sales, market development or marketing.
– Successful sales track record of achieving or over achieving quota assignments consistently
– Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
– Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customer executives
– Strong negotiation shills
– Well developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in sales or business development of mobile content with mobile operators
– A good working knowledge of both products and services in the wireless industry
– Experience in business development or sales in the wireless or retail products markets in the US
– Experience in mobile games, ring tones, or other mobile media
– Demonstrated success in meeting sales forecasts and growing mobile content sales
– A strong knowledge of the mobile operator business models
