
You read it here first: iMediaConnection, the online marketing news, information and event company, is being bought out by DMG World Media, a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.K.-based Daily Mail and General Trust plc, and the company that bought out Ad-Tech online advertising conference franchise earlier this year, paidContent.org has learned.
Mike Cooke, CEO of DMG, confirmed the news in an e-mail. Nothing on the price yet, but we’ll have that soon too…
