– X2 Launches IPTV Media Device: Launched by X2 Corp, using Dave TV’s technology…
– IGE Buzz: Meanwhile, heard a couple of VCs buzzing about IGE, an online marketplace for buying and selling sites for massively multiplayer online game (MMOGs) virtual currency and assets on the Internet. Apparently generating fair amount of revenues…
– MTV music service: MTV’s music service might be hitting some more walls before the launch, from what I heard today. – UMG-Mercora War of Words: At an online music panel today, some spark flew between the Universal Music Group guy and CEO of Mercora, a P2P streaming music service..the essence was that just because labels are not pursuing such service doesn’t mean they will not…a veiled threat, in essence.
