Reuters is going to launch more subscription products through its website, including investing newsletters such as the new Reuters Value Review Newsletter and analyst research reports. That was announced by the company doing the payment backend, eMeta.
The more interesting thing I heard at Digital Hollywood today was that Reuters is looking keenly at the MVNO market (a branded mobile service, in layman’s terms..)..this is still in very early looking-at-the-landscape stage, and would be an enterprise-financial community focused service, if the company decides to go down that route.
Currently, I don’t know of any examples of an enterprise-focused MVNO, but surely, it has to be on the minds of other business players too.
