A last minute addition to our conference coverage lineup: We’ll be covering the Future of Music Policy Summit happening this week in Washington DC.
Derek Slater will be covering and blogging the conference for us…the conference focuses on music policy, post-Grokster, and should be a lot of fun. Derek’s already podcasted a brief summary the first conference day on his own blog, here
Derek is a student fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School and has authored several papers on business, legal, and policy issues related to online music distribution. He will be speaking about emerging consumer-to-consumer music recommendation and sharing tools at the summit.
