Buongiorno Vitaminic, the Italian-European mobile content player, is setting up a Asian joint venture with present investor Mitsui. The company will be set up in Hong Kong, in the name of Buongiorno Hong Kong Limited.
Buongiorno Vitaminic will own 49% of the JV, Mitsui 51%. The issued capital at the time of incorporation of the new entity shall be $ 1.4 million. The idea is to serve the Asian and Russia (CIS) markets…The new company will have two co-CEO, one from Mitsui and one from Buongiorno…Simone Ranucci will be the co-CEO from Buongiorno
Mitsui made a $8 million investment in Buongiorno to launch its U.S. operations.
