Healthology: Senior Business Development Director, NYC

The leading online health content syndicator and creator is seeking a Senior Business Development Director responsible for creating distribution partnerships. Opportunities will leverage the consumer and sales divisions of the company, which provide to partners high quality health-related content, and advertising solutions, respectively.

Responsibilities

– Identify and make contact with potential partners to present content and advertising representation opportunities.

– Analyze business opportunities and present to upper management.

– Coordinate with legal and finance teams to put a contract in place.

– Enact a plan with the Affiliate Management and IT departments to ensure a successful rollout of partnerships, with continuous follow-up after launch.

Requirements

– Experienced negotiator with track record in content licensing and distribution.

– Strong knowledge of online media landscape.

– Excellent communications skills and proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

– 5+ years of Business Development Experience; MBA preferred

– Some travel expected
