It all sounds a little too Jetson-y to me … San Francisco-based Jeteye Technologies launched its Jeteye beta today featuring Jetpaks. At first, I thought it would be like Blinkx folders but it’s a little different. Users create a Jetpak based on self-selected search terms using six different search engines; the Jetpaks can be edited and updated. What makes it social is the Jetpaks can be shared with and searched by others.
I’ve played with it a little and I’m not yet sure why I would use it instead of Yahoo My Web 2.0 or some other services. More from SiliconBeat.com.
