Two online gaming infrastructure providers have merged: NDL, the makers of Gamebryo 3D graphics tools and engine, and Emergent Game Technologies (formerly Butterfly.net) will merge into one middleware provider.
SoCaltech: The combined company will combine its online game infrastructure, and 3D graphics technology, focused on massively multiplayer online video games.
