In this exciting role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing strategic relationships with partners. Expand the distribution network of BusinessWeek Online to help increase site scale.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage and optimize existing partnerships, and assist with upsells and renewals.
- Work with cross-functional groups to implement new business development deals.
- Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues, managing partner monetization, and handling resolution of business issues with partners.
- Pitch and implement content distribution and syndication deals with other sites to drive traffic to BusinessWeek Online and increase licensing revenues.
- Act as liaison between partners and BWOL editorial, ad operations, and marketing groups
Qualifications:
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while implementing new partnerships and managing existing partnerships and products.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated creative problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to persuade and collaborate with outside partners effectively.
- Basic knowledge of the Internet business models.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Internet software, XML, and JavaScript, a plus
- 3+ years of relevant business experience
