The Senior Producer will be responsible for the overall production of mobile graphics and audio tones that will be distributed to consumers worldwide. This role will define the creative strategy for these products and deliver against this strategy in a timely, fiscally responsible manner while ensuring the highest of Disney quality standards.

The Senior Producer will provide creative direction and strong leadership for a team of artists, animators and musicians producing mobile content. This role will define and champion new, innovative mobile products, providing senior management with product evaluations and creative concepts. This role will also collaborate closely with all regional teams to facilitate the construction of dynamic, fresh content that will maximize the guest experience as well as revenue potential. The Senior Producer will oversee day-to-day production, scheduling, and tracking of deadlines for all projects, as well as source and manage all 3rd-party vendors.

The Senior Producer will be an ambassador for the Disney brand and all that it stands for: creativity, inspiration, innovation and magic. In addition, this position will be responsible for the creation of mobile content for 3rd party licensed brands and will be responsible for protecting and furthering those brands, ensuring the highest of quality excellence.

This position is not for an average producer. We are looking for a well-rounded professional who can multi-task with ease, whether it’s leading blue-sky brainstorming sessions, mentoring production team members, defining and improving processes, or pitching new product ideas to executives. Someone who can review, analyze, forecast and budget to ensure projects stay on-track and on-target. The right candidate is enthusiastic, energetic, experienced, organized and has exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a fanatical attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum 3-5 years hands-on wireless and/or web production experience required. Technical familiarity with aspects of wireless, web and multimedia content development required.

* Creative background is recommended, preferably in mobile, gaming, advertising and/or development work within the entertainment industry.

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Two years additional related experience in lieu of degree.

* Significant years of proven experience leading teams to develop content or product. Able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and to motivate and teach others to overcome obstacles and adapt to change with enthusiasm and excitement.

* Able to demonstrate exceptional creative visioning and inspire others to reach greater heights in product innovation. Proven ability to foster a creative team environment.

* Understanding of brand development very helpful, experience as a ‘product champion’ highly desirable. Experience ‘evangelizing’ new concepts and/or technologies.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills.

* Excellent problem-solving skills required. Able to dive deep when necessary to meet tight deadlines under pressure, address production or programming needs and trouble-shoot technical issues with team members.

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, and other graphic design software applications required.

* Experience with both Macintosh and PC computers required.

* Ability to build presentations via board or PowerPoint desired.

* Experience in building budgets and defining project management timelines using MS Office/Project.

* Foreign language skills a plus.
