ESPN Mobile: Assoc. Campaign Manager

ESPN Mobile Publishing oversees the development, distribution, marketing and licensing of ESPN’s mobile applications across carriers throughout the US and international territories.

The Assoc. Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, managing and assessing all wireless messaging (SMS/MMS) campaigns on behalf of ESPN Mobile Publishing across its domestic and international businesses.

Key Reponsibilities:

- Identify creative and efficient campaigns that serve the sports fan, our content sponsors and product revenue goals

- Determine campaign pricing structure and sales opportunities to maximize revenues and minimize cost

- Develop turn-key campaign solutions to meet key marketing and sponsorship objectives

- Manage internal resources, SMSC, agency and ESPN partners to deliver effective campaigns on-time and in-budget

- Oversee integrity of messaging database/community to minimize churn, and adhere to strict codes of conduct

- Develop creative community campaigns based on market research and long-term strategies

- Work with research group to test all aspects of messaging campaigns

Experience required:

Must have some knowlege of SMS messaging and mobile technology. Must have at least two years experience in marketing or advertising industry with strong understanding of consumer research and data management. Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated. BA or BS preferred.
