TechTarget – Advertising Account Manager, SF

TechTarget is seeking a Advertising Account Manager in our SanFrancisco Office who will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing programs for TechTarget clients using TechTarget’s marketing vehicles. The Advertising Account Manager will apply experience with traditional marketing models (integration and reach and frequency, etc) to TechTarget’s marketing mix to create effective, results-oriented programs for TT clients. He/She will also possess skills necessary to build client relationships and augment the sales organization in setting-up renewals for business.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

* 5 – 7 years of experience with classical marketing, advertising and direct marketing in B2B environment; ad agency account service experience required.

*Thorough understanding of role of media in overall marketing mix;

*Ability to understand clients’ situations and apply strategic marketing ideas and implementation plans to meet challenges;

*Ability to measure results of efforts;
Strong communication skills and client-ready presentation skills;

* Solid understanding of Internet marketing tools and their role in marketing mix;

* Extremely strong writing skills;

*Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

*Ability to communicate value/benefit of overall and specific TechTarget marketing vehicles
