Not many details on EA’s mobile revenues this quarter, but the company signed distribution agreements with Verizon and Sprint to deliver games to mobile phones in North America — EA expects to launch six games in the ongoing quarter.
GameDaily: EA CFO Warren Jenson also stressed the publisher’s success on Sony’s PSP and its ambition to become a force in the mobile market in general. “We are taking our portfolio to new and exciting platforms,” he said. “EA was number one on the PSP in June and this quarter we expect to launch six games for mobile phones.”
