InfoSpace, the Seattle based search and mobile content company, reported Q2 revenues of $83.2 million, reflecting an increase of 53 percent over revenues of $54.4 million in the year-ago quarter. Net income was $16.3 million, compared to net income of $13.5 million in the year-ago quarter.
However, the company expects the revenues to decline in Q3 and Q4.

– Search & Directory revenues were $46.1 million, an increase of $11.7 million or 34 percent from the year-ago quarter. The increase in revenue is due to growth in total paid searches, as well as growth in average revenue per paid search.
– Mobile revenues were $37.1 million, an increase of $17.0 million or 85 percent from Q2 2004. Mobile segment income totaled $8.3 million or 22 percent of revenues for Q2.
