Universal Music Mobile (UMM), is currently seeking a Manager, Sales Administration for the Santa Monica, CA location to directly report to the Vice President, Sales & Licensing.
The Manager of Sales Administration will be primarily responsible for managing sales performance. The manager will be required to develop key performance measures, conduct analysis and prepare sales reports for key stakeholders. Manager will have close working relationship with marketing and production teams of UMM is required in order to track product flow and conduct proper sales analysis.
Reponsibilities include:
- Prepare comprehensive weekly sales report including performance trend, marketing and production recap for key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain sales system to manage the product lifecycle and performance
- Support UMG labels to gather requirements and present timely performance metrics
- Liaison with distribution partners to improve reporting information and turnaround
- Cross-functional partnership with business affairs, production, marketing and UMG labels to improve mobile product’s time to market
- Work closely with finance to reconcile sales reports to revenue reports
- Other ad hoc projects as necessary
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- Minimum of 6 years work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mobile sales management
- Music and mobile industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Access
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in dynamic environment
