As Manager, Strategy & Development you would be responsible for managing activities and projects related to the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, the ongoing development of division strategy, and the corporate development process. Manage and support both business-unit led projects and company-wide teams as well as and individually execute entire projects. Play a key role in future acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships; work directly with senior management and business unit leaders to identify, evaluate, negotiate and execute deals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a must!
- MBA with 2+ years post-MBA professional experience
- Strategy consulting experience with top-tier firm (pre- or post-business school)
- Demonstrated skills in strategic analysis, market research, financial modeling, and M&A
- A solid understanding of the internet, media, and wireless markets
