More on Apple’s video plans: B2.0 editor-at-large Paul Sloan says that Apple is speaking to Disney. “Steve Jobs has spoken with Disney President and soon-to-be CEO Bob Iger about ways to license various Disney content for a video iPod, according to an internal Disney email I have obtained. That could include anything from clips from ESPN and ABC News to short cartoons.”
Considering how active Disney has been in content licensing over the last year (Sony PSP, Apple iTunes podcasts, Disney MVNO etc), I would say that it might be a good candidate to license content. Also keep in mind that Apple recently tied up with Disney on podacsts…
