Business Standard: South Korea’s SK Telecom is in talks with Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL), the CDMA-based telephony service provider of the Tata group, to acquire about 33 per cent stake in the company.
The price for acquisition could be in the range of Rs 2,400-2,600 crore, according to sources close to the development. A high-level management team from SK Telecom is in Mumbai, holding discussions with TTSL officials.
