Indiatimes.com: This is a question to Pavan Duggal, a cyber law expert, in India, from a reader of Indiatimes.com. His question is that if someone has taken one’s identity, one’s name, as his/ her blogging identity and has been making unparliamentary comments about him on a blog, is there any law to prevent that? Duggal’s answer is that one can complain to the blog or network administrator about it. However, the issue is there is no provision in Indian cyberlaw to deal with such instances.
Are there attempts by any other countries to incorporate blogging in their IT or cyberlaws?
